Refund Policy
Appointments and cancellations
Please book online at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice by phone or text at (415) 638-3033 or through your Mindbody booking. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $25 non-refundable fee, which may be waived at our discretion. For last-minute appointments, please call or text us.
Classes, events and packages
Class passes and service packages expire 6 months after purchase. Event tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable; exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Gift cards and products
Gift card values are honored for 1 year from purchase. After 1 year, a gift card can still be used, and any difference with current prices will be calculated at that time. Unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If you have an issue with a product, such as an allergic reaction, contact us within 30 days and we will help with a return or exchange.
